Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson returns to San Jose with An Astrophysicist Goes to the Movies – Part II. It is derived from a different set of films than Part I — from The Wizard of Oz to Mary Poppins to 2001: A Space Odyssey to the Harry Potter movies.
This is an entertaining and enlightening review of all the science that our favorite movies got wrong, combined with some of the stuff they got right. It incorporates the latest films as well as some classics that you may not have known had any science in them at all.
